I have to admit I am too lazy to use a cast iron pan.  I would love to, but I'm just not into the maintenance.  Linche, do you have one?  How do you like it?  Do you use it much?L8

I have one and have never used it for just that reason.  I wouldn't mind the maintenance (for all the cooking I do it would probably by only an annual thing I'm just not sure what the right...

My wife and I have used several renditions of stainless steel and non-stick cookware and now do most of our cooking on cast iron.. . . baking cornbread in a cast iron skillet is  the best.
